Split an Appetizer per two guests and each order a salad and an entree for 30 bucks per person!

 

1st

Choose an Appetizer to Split 

 

Bruschetta

Roasted tomato, onion, bell pepper and carrot relish served chilled on toasted bread points with a creamy Goat cheese spread

Calamari

Flash fried calamari served with house made citrus cocktail and sambal crema dipping sauces

Mussels 

Sauteed PEI Mussels, Applewood smoked red pepper bacon, shallots and garlic tossed in our green curry and coconut sauce and served with grilled bread points

Ten Hour Pork

House made tortilla chips tossed with ten hour slow braised pulled pork, Vita BBQ sauce, Asadero cheese, pickled jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, red onions and topped with a jalapeno & avocado drizzle

Caramel & Pecan Baked Brie

A lightly fried and baked flaky Brie wedge served with apples, red grapes, crackers, caramel drizzle

and pecans

Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Warm spinach & artichoke dip served with house made tortilla chips

Autumn Spinach

Roasted butternut squash, candied bacon, gorgonzola, toasted pumpkin seeds, sweet potato vinaigrette

Winter Kale

Shredded kale, apples, candied almonds, green onion, goat cheese, carrots, cranberries, blueberry vinaigrette

 

3rd

Choose an Entree Per Person

 

Pan Seared Steelhead Trout 

Pan seared Steelhead Trout served over a bed of sauteed julienned carrots and squash with cilantro & lime rice, pickled ginger, and a sake & soy chili sauce

Bone-In Pork Chop 

A Ten ounce grilled Bone-in Pork Chop served over bacon and herb spaetzle, finished with crispy kale

and an orange sweet and sour glaze

Pork Cheek Gnocchi

Slow braised succulent pork cheeks served over house made gnocchi with a creamy dill sauce and basil pesto

Pan Roasted Chicken

Caribbean spiced and pan roasted thigh and leg, served over coconut rice with broccolini

and a blackberry rum sauce

Colorado Striped Bass

A pan seared Colorado Striped Bass filet served with a  sweet potato and shrimp hash, sauteed kale,

and a light citrus vinaigrette sauce

Risotto 

Creamy Risotto served in a butternut squash puree with nutmeg, sage, grilled asparagus spears & tomatoes

Flatiron Steak   

An Eight ounce grilled Flatiron steak  served with crispy potato cakes with crema, house made Worcestershire, and sauteed bacon broccolini
